May 20th Progress

Our progress up to this point, we have cataloged 1120 books, sold 16, and posted 180 books to the Facebook Page. Today we open the page up to book loving customers.

Planned Posting and Shipping Dates

We plan to post and ship books regularly. We will post impending shipping dates every two weeks on the Facebook page.

The first shipping date for paid Facebook orders will be Saturday, May 21st. After the 21st we will ship Saturday, May 28th, and Wednesday, June 1st and Saturday, June 4th.

New albums of books will be posted twice per week, generally on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

BooksBloom For Sale Policies and Rules

Who we are:

BooksBloom for sale is a summer project by two brothers, aided by our mom and Jan and Gary Bloom of BooksBloom. We have a goal to sell one thousand books by the end of summer, we plan to do so through a combination of online sales via Facebook and local driveway sales. The following is the policy we will follow on our Facebook group, BooksBloom For Sale. This Facebook group will be where we post our books. BooksBloom For Sale Facebook Group is for selling of BooksBloom For Sale books only.

Facebook Policy:

1. To purchase a book, please comment “me please” or a similar phrase on the photo of the book. Likes will not be interpreted as requests to purchase.
2. Payments accepted through PayPal or cash for local transactions.
3. We request a minimum order of $5 be compiled before shipping.
4. When you are ready to complete your purchase of books, send us a private message with your PayPal email. An invoice will be sent to your Paypal account and payment will be expected within 48 hours of receiving the invoice. Please review your invoice carefully and alert us if there is a problem with your order. Invoices not paid or responded to within 48 hours, will be canceled.
5. Paid invoices will be shipped on the first available shipping date. Shipping dates will be posted weekly on this group.
6. Orders will be sent through USPS Media Mail unless buyer makes other arrangements via private messaging.
7. Shipping will be charged to the buyer of each order. Listed prices do not include shipping.
8. The following shipping price system will be used:

1 Book: $3.00,

2-3 Books: $4.00,

4-5 Books: $4.50,

6-7 Books: $5.00,

For every two additional books, add $0.50.

9. All books are being stored and shipped from a non-smoking and no-pet home, however, for most books this is not their first environment.
10. The BooksBloom For Sale Facebook Group is a page for the sale of BooksBloom For Sale books only, not outside parties.
11. Customers who repeatedly do not respond to invoices will be ignored.
12. We have the right to ignore, refuse service to, and remove from the Facebook group anyone who violates the above terms
